Q: I’ve tried diet after diet over the years without much success. How is this different? 

A: Most diets fail because the stored fat is not used for energy, the bodies metabolism goes down due to lesser calories, and the adrenals/pituitary/thyroid are not balanced. Our practice utilizes a 6-week system that scientifically addresses each one of those. 

Q: I don’t like to workout with weights and I dont have the time/money to join a gym. Can I still lose weight or reach a desired size?

A: Yes! The Chirothin 6-week system does not have you use weights at all. In fact, we ask that during the 6-weeks you keep your exercise limited to a 30 min walk 3 days/wk.This allows your adrenal glands to heal which will affect your thyroid gland.

Q: Does the Chirothin system require me to eat pre-packaged foods or shakes for each meal?

A: No.The Chirothin system has you eating normal, healthy foods for your 2 meals each day.

Q: What do I use each day with the Chirothin system?

A: There are typically 3 nutrients you will use on a daily basis. 1-B12/B6 spray orally, 2- AGGR tablets taken prior to each meal to help with metabolism, and 3-Chirothin drops taken orally ( amino acid mixture to help with metabolism and helping with any feelings of hunger).

Q: The past 2 yrs we have been paying over $400/month for prepackaged food that really doesn’t taste too good and there is no coaching . What can we expect from this program?

A: We hear that very often unfortunately. You will eat real food. In fact, you will receive a menu guide that has tremendous recipes. After your initial consult with the doctor you will get measured/weighed to set a ‘baseline’. Each week we recommend you come to the office for updated measurements and weight. Q: How much weight will I lose with Chirothin? 

A: Of course everyone is different and some people adhere to the recommendations better. That being said, on average females typically release 15-25 lbs and males typically 20-35 lbs.
